Job Responsibilities

  • Develop software and GenAI agents that automate internal processes and delight clients.
  • You will act as an owner for various feature and product requests. You own it from start to finish.

  • Design and maintain documentation for features and user workflows.
  • Assist with product testing, performance tuning, and bug resolution.
  • Contribute to team discussions about product direction and technical design.

  • Available to work full-time from January to June 2027 on-site at either our Chicago, Illinois or Milwaukee, Wisconsin (located in Brookfield, Wisconsin) office locations.
  • Analytical prowess and organizational mastery.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability.
  • A collaborative spirit with a proactive outlook.

Competencies and Behaviors that Support Success in this Role

  • Experience with software and AI development. Those with real-world side projects preferred.
  • Fast and hungry learner willing to jump into new languages and technologies.
  • Critical thinking skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability, and both the ability and willingness to clearly articulate your ideas.
  • Independent and autonomous: Clear goals will be set, but the path to achieving them is yours to define.
  • Radical Transparency: If an estimate changes, you communicate it immediately or make the appropriate tradeoffs. No surprises.
  • Strong self-learner with high curiosity and initiative who judiciously seeks clarity when needed.
  • Exceptional pattern of progress.
  • Familiarity with GitHub CoPilot, Claude Code, Codex or other agent tools as force multipliers.
  • Comfort with ambiguity - you can take a vague goal, learn the necessary tools, and define your own path to "Done."

The Team
