We’re looking for a product-minded engineer who combines strong technical fundamentals with systems thinking, AI-assisted development, and a passion for solving operational challenges at scale.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with operations, customer service, training, and leadership teams to improve workflows, reduce friction, and create scalable solutions that directly impact the customer experience.

One of the first major initiatives will focus on reducing customer service call volume through:

  • smarter self-service experiences,
  • automation,
  • AI-assisted workflows,
  • and improved product design.

What we’re looking for:
