POSITION

We are looking for a talented AI Product Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you’ll play an essential role in developing AI-powered features into our mobile apps, leveraging cutting-edge AI models and Generative AI systems.

Your responsibilities will include designing AI-driven product features, optimizing AI performance, building AI-powered internal tools to accelerate our workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions. You’ll be someone who can turn an idea into a functional prototype in days — not weeks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and develop AI-powered features for our mobile apps. Develop working prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-grade AI features.
• Design and generate AI-driven workflows to streamline model integration and improve efficiency.
• Analyze model behavior and understand potential limitations to optimize performance and user experience.
• Examine user feedback and other relevant data to continuously refine the AI-driven features of our apps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype AI workflows and build functional PoCs that validate the feasibility and value of new AI features.
• Develop and deploy production-grade agents while extending platform capabilities through robust LLM orchestrations, seamless API integrations, and iterative agentic workflows.
• Design, test, and refine prompts through A/B testing of models and configurations, analyzing the resulting data to make informed rollout decisions.
• Develop end-to-end evaluation systems to compare AI models across search, chat, document, audio, visual, and video domains. Design custom heuristics and model-graded checks, establish telemetry frameworks. (tracking correctness, latency, and cost)
• Build internal tools that allow non-technical stakeholders to interact with and provide feedback on AI outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and trends, including emerging image & video generation models, prompt engineering techniques, and agentic frameworks. Investigate and report on advancements related to AI technologies.
• Act as an AI competency hub for the team: document learnings, run internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and make it easy for colleagues across engineering and product to build confidently on top of AI systems.
• Support the training and fine-tuning of AI models for specific use cases.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our app ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience building AI workflows
• Proficient in utilizing AI-powered coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Opencode) to accelerate workflows, rapidly prototype features, and maintain production-grade codebases.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and enthusiasm for their practical applications
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and agent architectures, utilizing context engineering, prompting, evaluation frameworks, and diverse API integrations to create seamless automated systems.
• Prior experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, and open-source models (e.g., Minimax, Qwen, Kimi, Llama, etc.).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks ((e.g., Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, Pi-Mono, etc.).
• Familiarity with diffusion models and image generation/editing pipelines, utilizing tools such as ComfyUI, Diffusers, and related frameworks.
• Active awareness and hands-on experimentation with emerging image & video generation models and techniques.
• Experience with Serverless GPU providers (Replicate, Fal, RunPod).
• Familiarity with prompt and context engineering techniques, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector embeddings, and dynamic context management across various AI models.
• Interest in mobile app development and integrating AI features into mobile applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized. Self-starter mindset who works independently while contributing to team goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
