Job Description

We’re looking for a hands on full stack AI engineer to build and ship production grade AI features end to end. This is not a prompt engineering role, it’s about creating reliable intelligence layers on top of large scale commercial property and market data.

You’ll work with terabytes of structured and unstructured datasets, turning them into real AI driven product features that customers use every day.

Must Haves:

Proven experience building and shipping LLM powered applications into production

Full stack engineering capability across backend systems and modern frontend (React, TypeScript)

Strong end to end ownership, from prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration

Comfortable working with messy, real world data at scale

Product mindset, focused on user outcomes and business impact

English speaking, due to the customer facing market and language complexity

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge graph or Neo4j experience

NLP experience in non English languages

Python web frameworks such as Django or similar

Background in PropTech, fintech, or data heavy B2B SaaS

Spatial data experience (PostGIS or similar)

Strong ML engineering fundamentals beyond simple API usage
