The role of AI Producer supports the transformation of our content production processes through the hands-on application of AI techniques, automation, and emerging content technologies.
This role will be instrumental in producing digital twins, building agents, and driving the day-to-day execution of AI-driven workflows within WPP Open and other cutting-edge platforms.
The ideal candidate embraces the ethical application of artificial intelligence, has a strong foundation in digital content production, a passion for emerging tools, and the ability to speak both the technical and creative languages fluently.
Responsibilities
Produce groundbreaking AI assets in WPP Open to drive distinction and demand for Clients
Partner with creatives to rapidly develop human-generated stories into AI-generated assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates across Creative, Product, Media, Strategy, Tech, Delivery, and Legal to ensure seamless integration of AI assets into marketing campaigns
Operate the digital twin content pipeline, ensuring efficient creation, manipulation, and delivery of digital twin still and video assets
Train avatars and generate footage using platforms such as HeyGen and Synesthesia
Train agents in WPP Open to produce best-in-class creative outputs and test new capabilities
Upscale assets in Topaz Studios for retouching in Adobe Creative Suite and proofing in Figma
Collaborate closely with the Content Technology Director to identify opportunities for process optimization while ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative quality standards
Provide regular updates to the Content Technology Director on production status, challenges, and opportunities for innovation
Support the Content Technology Director in vendor management, platform evaluations, and strategic planning
Support the evaluation and testing of new content technologies, providing hands-on insights and recommendations
Maintain best practices for content governance, file management, and ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
Stay current on emerging content technologies, tools, and AI capabilities by proactively testing and recommending new solutions
You’ll need
5+ years of experience in digital content production, creative technology, marketing operations, or a related field, with demonstrated proficiency in AI and automation tools
Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus
Agency-side experience, particularly supporting automotive clients, is highly desirable
Experience
Power user with deep familiarity of frontier LLMs
Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools
Familiarity with performance marketing channels and platform-specific content requirements, formats, and best practices
Proficiency in creative tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote
Proficiency in enterprise tools: Microsoft Office (including Teams), Google Suite, and Box
Bonus points for experience with:
CGI platforms such as Autodesk Maya, Houdini, After Effects, or similar platforms
DAM systems and PM tools: Bynder, AEM, Smartsheet, or Airtable

The pay range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
