We are looking for an AI & Process Optimization Intern to support our Spotify LATAM team. In this role, you will identify, design, and implement practical AI and process optimization solutions that reduce manual work, improve team efficiency, and facilitate the adoption of Aleph’s available tools.

The role will progressively make you a point of reference for tools such as Salesforce, WeFlow, Claude, Gemini, internal dashboards, and other solutions available within Aleph. You will learn how these tools work, understand their main use cases, and help the commercial team resolve questions and use them more effectively.

Main responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the main tools available within Aleph, including Salesforce, WeFlow, Claude, Gemini, and internal dashboards.
  • Become a first point of support for the Spotify LATAM team regarding the use and functionality of these tools.
  • Help sellers and CSMs resolve operational questions and identify the most appropriate tool for each need.
  • Document processes, tool capabilities, common questions, limitations, and best practices.
  • Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks across the team.
  • Analyze process pain points and propose practical improvements.
  • Use AI to organize information, summarize content, detect inconsistencies, and accelerate recurring tasks.
  • Support the creation of guides, playbooks, checklists, templates, and internal learning materials.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops team and the commercial teams on AI, automation, and process optimization projects.
  • Support the design and testing of AI workflows, agents, automations, and internal solutions.
  • Follow up on implementation, adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement of the solutions developed.
  • Gradually contribute to more ambitious initiatives that can improve how the team operates at scale.

Skills and experience required

  • Availability to work 4 hours per day
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, technology, and process improvement.
  • Curious and motivated to become an expert in Aleph’s available tools.
  • Interest in learning Salesforce, WeFlow, Claude, Gemini, internal dashboards, and other relevant platforms.
  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, analytical, and eager to learn.
