Join us as an: AI Process Engineer

Arcanys is looking for an AI Process Engineer to work with our internal departments, with executive assistants, and ultimately with some of our clients. You will find where time is lost and fix it with practical AI automations.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Sit with internal teams (recruitment, accounting, sales, admin, and others), map how their processes work today, and find repetitive, manual or error-prone work.
• Design, build and deploy AI automations and workflows using Claude Cowork, custom skills and integrations with our existing systems.
• Coach executive assistants one to one so they get more out of AI in their daily work: inbox, calendar, documents, research and follow-ups.
• Measure the impact of each automation (hours saved, errors reduced, turnaround time) and report results clearly.
• Document every workflow, train users so they can run it on their own, and keep improving automations as processes change.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3+ years in process improvement, operations or business analysis in back-office functions such as HR, finance, sales ops or shared services.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows yourself, with examples of automations you have actually delivered.
• Strong process-mapping skills; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, APIs and no-code tools; basic scripting (Python or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and patient coach, able to earn the trust of non-technical staff and get them using new ways of working.
• Experience working with Claude Cowork is an advantage
