We are looking for a AI Process Engineer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing CEO Office department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What makes you special?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or business analysis with a strong focus on AI automations.
• You are experienced in workflow automation platforms and integrating these tools with external AI services.
• You are skilled in analyzing bottlenecks in business operations and designing AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency.
• You have proficiency in advanced prompt engineering to standardize desired outcomes and minimize operational errors.
• You are familiar with data integration and API management to securely connect internal data to AI workflows.
• You are adept in cross-functional communication to analyze the needs of different departments and ensure the adoption of AI tools.
• You are experienced in internal change management and bringing AI literacy to non-technical teams.
• You are open to adopting a technology-agnostic approach, selecting the right tool for the problem rather than being tied to a single stack.
• You are deeply curious about Generative AI applications in business and willing to leverage the power of AI in operational workflows.

What will you do?

• Analyze existing internal operations and identify processes where generative AI can reduce costs and increase speed.
• Design and implement AI-powered smart automation scenarios and workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Create standardized prompt libraries and AI usage templates for teams to utilize in their daily operations.
• Collaborate with software engineers and quality assurance teams to ensure AI automations work in harmony with the technical infrastructure.
• Provide continuous optimization by monitoring the performance, token costs, and success rates of the established AI processes.
• Organize workshops to build an AI culture across the company and encourage the use of new AI tools.
• Establish AI usage guardrails in compliance with data privacy standards and company policies, integrating them into operations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest innovations in business process automation and Generative AI, quickly adapting these technologies to company dynamics.
