The Opportunity

The AI Process Engineer focuses on improving, modernizing, and automating business processes through artificial intelligence. Rather than building new external products, your work will aim to strengthen operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and deploy intelligent automation across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology, improving processes, and making AI operational at scale.

Requirements

What You Will Do

• Improve and automate business processes using artificial intelligence.
• Design and develop internal AI tools, workflows, and AI agents.
• Use evaluation tools to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into AI-based technical solutions.
• Diagnose inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and system gaps across different business units.
• Improve the performance and reliability of AI-driven workflows as adoption grows.

Role Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development (Python and JavaScript frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as LangChain, Azure AI, OpenAI, Promptfoo, LangSmith, or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Experience building or integrating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and take initiative.
