This is a remote position.

• 
  Lead end-to-end requirements analysis including elicitation, refinement, validation, and ongoing
  management of functional and non-functional requirements

• 
  Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams

• 
  Analyse
  and design application-level architecture with a strong focus on APIs and system integrations

• 
  Define API requirements including contracts, request/response structures, error handling, and non-functional expectations

• 
  Model business processes, system workflows, and integration scenarios using BPMN and UML

• 
  Translate business needs into clear system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• 
  Support backlog management,
  prioritisation
  , and impact analysis across multiple components

• 
  Use AI tools to accelerate analysis work, improve documentation quality, and support architectural decisions

• 
  Support solution validation, internal testing, and production readiness activities

  Ensure traceability between business
  objectives, requirements, APIs, and delivered functionality

Requirements

• 
  4–5+
  years
  of
  experience
  as a Systems
  Analyst
  or
  Business
  Analyst
  on
  complex
  software
  platforms

• 
  Strong experience working with REST APIs and system integration patterns

• 
  Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• 
  Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, and tools such as Enterprise Architect or equivalent

• 
  Experience
  analysing
  distributed systems and service-based architectures

• 
  Practical, day-to-day use of AI tools in analysis and design workflows (e.g.
  Copilot, AI-assisted
  documentation
  or modelling tools)

• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• 
  Structured analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• 
  Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments

  Experience

  Exposure to cloud-based or enterprise-scale platforms
