YOUR ROLE

You will be involved in delivering high-impact digital and AI-driven solutions for clients across various industries. You will work in diverse environments, helping organizations leverage modern technologies, including Generative AI, to transform their applications and processes.

• Design and develop custom applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
• Contribute to client projects from analysis to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Adapt to different technical environments, architectures, and business contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in agile setups.
• Deliver GenAI use cases for clients (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, automation). Integrate LLM solutions (Azure OpenAI, APIs, open-source models) into client systems.
• Build RAG pipelines adapted to client data environments. Advise clients on AI adoption, architecture, and best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales or innovation initiatives (POCs, demos, MVPs).
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and bring innovation to clients.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in full stack development (Java + modern front-end frameworks).
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring ecosystem) with a Solid experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Good knowledge of APIs, microservices, and Cloud environments.
• Experience or strong interest in LLMs, GenAI, or AI integration (Azure OpenAI, APIs).
• Familiarity with RAG and AI-driven applications is a plus.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, autonomy, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Curious, innovation-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.
1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.
5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
