We’re looking for a proactive, fast-learning, and tech-savvy individual to drive demand generation with an AI-first approach. If you’re someone who uses ChatGPT to find answers, automates tasks for fun, and has a natural curiosity for what’s possible with emerging technologies — this role is built for you.

You don’t need to have deep AI expertise — what matters most is a growth mindset, excellent soft skills, and a strong desire to learn, automate, and build smart systems that deliver impact.
Responsibilities:

• Lead demand generation efforts across digital channels to attract and convert high-quality leads
• Leverage AI tools like GPT, Claude, or other no-code solutions to boost productivity and creativity
• Automate marketing and outreach workflows, building scalable, repeatable systems
• Collaborate on building AI agents and explore their application in marketing, sales, and internal ops
• Continuously research market trends, tools, and emerging techniques — and test what works
• Support business development and sales where needed, including messaging, lead nurturing, and automation
• Act with ownership — bring ideas to the table, run experiments, and iterate fast

Requirements:

• You’re obsessed with learning — ChatGPT, YouTube deep dives, LinkedIn trends are your daily fuel
• You have experience in demand generation, business development, or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• You thrive on automation, clever systems, and optimization
• You’re a clear communicator and strong collaborator with excellent soft skills
• You don’t wait for instructions — you take initiative, move fast, and push boundaries
• You see AI not as a buzzword, but as your superpower to unlock performance and creativity

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools in real workflows (e.g., GPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or outbound automation platforms
• Exposure to AI agents, browser automation, or prompt engineering
