AI-Powered 3D Motion Designer

We are looking for an AI-Powered 3D Motion Designer to be part of our team.

This role is responsible for designing AI and light 3D skills to produce realistic product renders and short motion clips (5–10s) for a brand. This role prioritizes speed, repeatability, and premium visuals over fine art or complex modeling.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Transform flat packaging, die lines, or rough concepts into realistic 3D-style product renders.
Produce short motion clips optimized for web, advertising, and social media.
Utilize AI tools and templates to accelerate production while maintaining high-quality output.
Deliver clean, on-brand assets quickly and consistently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual assets meet project goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND TOOLS

Must have experience in AI / Generative Tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, or similar).
Must have experience in Motion & Editing (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Filmora; Envato Elements).
Must have experience in Design & Light 3D (Photoshop (lighting, shadows, smart objects); Blender (basic product rotations).
Must have strong eye for lighting, depth, and realism.
Must have the ability to fake 3D when speed is critical.
Must be fast at prompting, iterating, and delivering assets.
Must have experience in product, packaging, or e-commerce visualization is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
Willingness to work onsite at 8th Floor, Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5, Quezon City
