The AI Platform Engineer designs and governs clean, reusable data and semantic models that enable scalable, reliable AI systems. Partnering with AI and Enterprise Data teams, this role builds AI-serving pipelines and transformation layers on GCP while balancing performance, governance, and long-term platform scalability.
A Typical Day
To Land This Opportunity
●You have strong experience in data modeling, relational design, and structured system architecture
●You are proficient in Python and SQL, including experience designing scalable transformation logic
●You have experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines
●You have experience working with cloud data platforms (GCP preferred)
●You have a systems-thinking mindset with attention to governance, abstraction, and architectural clarity
●You have experience supporting ML- or AI-driven systems
●You have strong communication skills with experience articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
●You have experience with enterprise data platforms
●You are familiar with infrastructure-as-code or modern DevOps practices

The salary range for this role is $121,315.97-$163,720.39/annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-forperformance company In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
