What You'll Be Doing:

• As a Software Engineer in our AI Platform Team, you'll help drive the adoption and integration of AI across Vipps MobilePay.
• Identify and map out workflows across the organization, translating them into effective AI agent setups.
• Advise and support non-developer teams in scoping, launching, and scaling their AI-related initiatives.
• Design and implement agentic solutions that automate and enhance key business processes.
• Manage and oversee large language models (LLMs) that power essential organizational workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure AI is seamlessly embedded into everyday operations, bridging the gap between technical possibilities and business needs.

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in generative AI and a talent for seeing how real-world workflows can be turned into smart, automated agent setups.

You're a problem-solver who enjoys working closely with both technical and non-technical teams, and you know how to make complex AI concepts feel approachable and actionable.

If you can guide others from idea to implementation, we want you on our team.

Other skills we think you need to succeed:

• You're strong at leveraging AI coding assistants to build and iterate quickly.
• A solid understanding of, or genuine curiosity about, agentic AI patterns and LLM-based workflows.
• The ability to advise and empower non-technical teams on AI adoption.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
• A passion for innovation and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
