Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor.
We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations: companies like Airbus, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones.
Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.
This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside.
At Pelico, we believe the most productive companies of the future will be AI-native organizations — where internal teams use intelligent systems to automate repetitive work, accelerate decision-making, and move faster than ever.
We’re building an AI Ops team responsible for designing and deploying internal AI agents, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows that transform how Pelico operates across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Customer teams.
As an AI Ops Engineer, you’ll work closely with Adam, Jasmijn and cross-functional teams to build practical AI systems that solve real operational problems — from intelligent assistants and data pipelines to internal copilots and automation agents.
This role focuses on building and deploying AI-powered tools, not training new models. You’ll use modern AI APIs, agent frameworks, and software engineering practices to deliver fast, practical solutions that improve productivity across the company.
This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll prototype quickly, ship real tools used by internal teams, and continuously improve systems as they scale.
Design and build internal AI agents that automate workflows across teams such as Sales, HR, Customer Operations, and Finance
Develop AI-powered tools and assistants that help Pelico teams work faster and make better decisions
Build end-to-end AI workflows connecting LLM APIs, internal data sources, and operational systems
Develop backend services and APIs (Python, FastAPI or similar) to support AI-driven internal tools
Prototype and iterate quickly, shipping small AI applications that solve real operational problems
Integrate AI systems with internal tools such as Slack, Notion, CRM systems, or internal databases
Improve and maintain existing AI systems, debugging workflows and optimizing performance when things break
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation
Contribute to Pelico’s internal AI stack, helping define best practices for building and deploying AI-powered tools
3-7 years of experience as a software engineer
Strong programming skills in Python and exposure to TypeScript and basic frontend concepts, as you'll occasionally need to build or tweak the UIs for our internal tools.
Experience building applications, APIs, or internal tools
Comfortable integrating multiple systems and APIs
Curious about AI tools, LLMs, and automation
Experience experimenting with AI coding tools or AI development frameworks
Able to move quickly and build practical solutions, rather than aiming for perfect systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work — curious about what’s possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster
Experience building internal productivity tools
Experience building AI agents or AI-powered automation tools
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar
Side projects involving LLM applications or AI tooling
Experience building internal productivity tools
Background in startup or fast-moving environments
We’re building something genuinely hard and genuinely important. Here’s what that comes with:
Meaningful equity — you’re building this with us, so you’ll own a piece of it
Competitive salary benchmarked to your market
Flexible, hybrid work model — we care about output, not face time
Health, dental, and vision coverage
Learning & development budget — we invest in people who invest in themselves
Opportunity to work with some of the world’s most complex and fascinating manufacturing operations
A team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously
Work at the frontier of applied AI, building systems that directly impact how teams operate every day
Exposure to cutting-edge AI tooling, workflows, and operational challenges inside a high-growth startup

Pelico is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.

In today’s world, supply chain disruptions are inevitable, but the impact on your bottom line doesn’t have to be. Pelico is a manufacturing orchestration platform built for complex, global supply chains.
Our platform eliminates fragmentation by connecting and enriching your supply chain operations data, providing teams and executives with real-time upstream and downstream visibility of disruption impacts across every part of your operation, from procurement to production to customer support.
With Pelico’s AI-powered operations, teams are able to anticipate and respond to disruptions before they become problems. With AI-generated recommendations and the ability to simulate scenarios on real-time data, teams can collaborate effectively and optimize their workflows to keep the line running.
Our precision insights provide executives with real-time answers to critical questions, like what is blocking progress, and what are my team’s blindspot, so they can make better decisions and optimize operations on the fly.
The result is a more agile, resilient supply chain that keeps production on track, minimizes costs, and delivers on time, every time.
Within 10 weeks of implementing Pelico, global, market-leading companies like Airbus, Safran, Eaton and Daikin reduced parts shortages by 37%, increased on-time delivery by 15%, and reduced turnaround time by 42%.
