AI Operations Developer
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Boozt, customers always come first. We believe Customer Service should be centered on the customer experience, and without being too weighed down by repetitive coordination work.
That’s why we are building a new AI-powered operating model where AI handles task intake, routing, automation, and performance tracking. This allows our teams to focus on what we do best: delivering outstanding customer service.
We are now looking for someone to build the technical foundation of this system and, together with a Human Strategic Lead, design how work flows across the organisation and translate it into scalable systems.
This is a pure builder role, not a people management position. You will own the systems that define how the department operates in an environment where the architecture is still being created.
Our ambition is simple: not to replace what people do well, but to remove the work that drains energy so there is more room for the work that actually matters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will design and build the core operational platform that powers customer service. This means defining how work enters the system, how it moves through it, and how performance is measured and improved all through a combination of automation, data, and AI-driven workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Design end-to-end operational flow, including AI-driven intake, routing, and prioritisation with the Strategic Lead
Own and evolve the Slack AI agent for task intake, escalations, updates, and operational visibility
Build automations and integrations in N8N to connect systems and remove manual coordination
Develop and maintain the BigQuery data layer for KPIs, reporting, and decision-making
Structure and maintain operational knowledge in Cortex, ensuring it is accessible and usable across teams
YOUR PROFILE
You are a builder who thrives on creating systems from scratch, working across infrastructure, automation, and data in fast-moving, evolving environments.
You likely bring
Hands-on experience with SQL, N8N, and Python, including API integrations and workflow debugging
A strong ownership mindset and comfort operating without a fully defined roadmap
The ability to translate technical systems into clear operational impact for non-technical stakeholders
Experience from customer service or e-commerce operations is a strong plus
Fluency in English is required; Swedish or Danish is a bonus.
