We are looking for an AI Solutions Builder to join our central Operations team and help us build an AI-native company.

This is a highly cross-functional role focused on transforming how work gets done across the organisation. You will partner with teams across HR, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and build practical AI-powered solutions that create real leverage.

We are looking for a hands-on builder: someone who enjoys experimenting with new tools, rapidly turning ideas into working solutions. You do not need to come from a traditional engineering background. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, solve problems creatively, prototype rapidly, and turn AI capabilities into measurable business impact.

Every week you'll discover something humans are doing manually and help them to automate it.

You'll build automations, copilots, agents, integrations, and workflows that help hundreds of people work faster, make better decisions, and spend less time on repetitive tasks.

What You'll Do

Map & Diagnose

• Get involved with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Finance, CX, and others) to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities where AI and automation can create leverage.

• Evaluate initiatives based on impact, feasibility, scalability, and adoption potential.

Build & Automate

Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions including:

• workflow automations,

• AI copilots and internal assistants,

• reporting and analytics automations,

• prompt-driven operational systems,

• integrations between existing tools and AI platforms,

• lightweight internal tooling,

• knowledge management and retrieval systems.

Typical tooling may include:

• OpenAI / Anthropic APIs,

• Make, Zapier, n8n,

• AI copilots and agent frameworks,

• spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS integrations,

• lightweight Python or SQL when needed.

Partner & Translate

• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate them into practical AI initiatives.

• You can explain what you built, why it matters, and how to use it in a way that makes AI approachable and useful for non-technical teams.

Measure & Iterate

• Define clear success metrics for every initiative.

• Track adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements, and operational impact. Double down on what works, improve what can be improved, and stop initiatives that do not create meaningful value.

Scale & Enable Adoption

• Once solutions prove effective, help teams integrate them into day-to-day operations.

• Document processes, create internal playbooks, run enablement sessions, and support long-term adoption across the business.

Drive AI Opportunities Proactively

• You do not wait for perfectly defined requirements.

• You proactively identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, quality, decision-making, or operational efficiency, and bring forward ideas, experiments, and recommendations.

• You will help shape how AI is adopted across the company and contribute to the evolution of operational workflows and ways of working
  
  ✅ Must-have

• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered automations, workflows, tools, or systems that created measurable value. We care far more about what you have built than where you worked or what your title was.

• Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling, such as:

  • LLM APIs,

  • AI copilots,

  • automation platforms,

  • agent frameworks,

  • AI-assisted development environments.

• Comfortable connecting systems, automating workflows, and working with APIs and SaaS tools.

• Working familiarity with Python and/or SQL for lightweight scripting, automation, or data manipulation.

• Strong problem-solving and process-thinking skills: you can look at messy workflows and quickly identify leverage points and improvement opportunities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and iterating without perfect specifications.

🚀 Power-Ups

• Experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion, or Retool.

• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG systems, or AI orchestration frameworks.

• Exposure to HR, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, or Operations workflows.

• Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments.

• Experience driving internal AI adoption, enablement, or operational transformation initiatives.
