Job Role: AI and Automation Architect
Compensation range: $1,600 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

As the business enters a major growth phase, they are investing heavily in improving systems, operations, automation, and scalability. They are now looking for someone who can work closely with the Founder to help build and optimise the internal systems, workflows, and AI-assisted processes that will support the company’s next stage of growth.
We are seeking a Philippines-based contractor to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of AI-assisted workflows, automations, operational systems, and internal processes within a growing Australia-based service business.
This person will work directly with the Founder and CEO and will play a key role in helping scale the business over the next two years.
A major part of this role will involve helping build systems around Claude, ChatGPT, API-enabled workflows, automation tools, and AI-assisted operational processes. The business is actively investing in AI, automations, and scalable systems to reduce manual admin and improve overall operational efficiency.
The right person will help streamline onboarding, compliance visibility, scheduling, lead generation, internal workflows, and team adoption of AI tools.
This role would suit someone with experience in operations, automation, CRM administration, systems coordination, RevOps, technical support, advanced virtual assistance, API workflows, or AI implementation. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should understand how systems connect, how APIs work practically, and how to use AI tools to improve business operations.
