Responsibilities and Duties
• Use AI tools daily as the primary working method — for research, writing, analysis, summarization, and automation — to dramatically amplify the executive bandwidth
• Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-driven processes and take ownership of building and maintaining them
• Conduct in-depth research using AI-powered tools and synthesize findings into sharp, executive-ready briefings and decision-support materials
• Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and executive communications for the executive.
• Track and follow up on action items, cross-functional initiatives, and commitments across the organization
• Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses end-to-end, from scoping through delivery
• Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to inform strategic decisions
• Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
• Prepare the CEO for key meetings, external engagements, and strategic discussions by curating relevant context and materials
Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivilent.
• Hands-on, daily experience with leading AI tools- Must (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar)
• Ability to design effective prompts for complex research, writing, and analytical tasks; comfort pushing AI tools beyond basic use cases
• Strong data analysis skills - Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Python, or SQL
• Experience building dashboards, summary reports, or structured data outputs
• Excellent written English - ability to produce polished executive-level documents
