Albemarle is hiring for AI Operations Analyst This position is h ybrid and located at Bengaluru, India.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical AI Operations Analyst to support and optimize enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Aisera, Moveworks, and similar conversational AI solutions.

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, AI platform owners, and enterprise application teams to ensure AI solutions deliver reliable, accurate, secure, and business-aligned outcomes. You will be responsible for production support, incident management, performance monitoring, analytics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI services.

You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, SAP, Workday, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms to drive AI adoption, improve user experience, and maximize business value.

What You Will Do

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support for enterprise AI chatbot and Copilot platforms, ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, production issues, and integration failures across AI and connected enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot chatbot responses, conversation flows, prompts, knowledge sources, and data retrieval issues to improve solution effectiveness.
  • Monitor platform health, adoption, containment rates, user feedback, operational KPIs, and service-level performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support business and technology stakeholders.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), document corrective actions, and drive problem management initiatives to reduce recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, SAP, Workday, HR, IT, and business teams to resolve issues and optimize AI solutions.
  • Support application releases, testing, deployment validation, governance requirements, and post-production monitoring activities.
  • Identify and implement improvements to chatbot accuracy, prompts, knowledge content, integrations, workflows, and overall user experience.
  • Communicate operational status, risks, performance insights, and enhancement recommendations while coordinating with global stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in AI Operations and Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI and conversational AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Aisera, virtual assistants, or similar solutions.
  • Experience supporting Generative AI solutions in production environments, including monitoring, incident resolution, and operational support.
  • Strong knowledge of chatbot operations, conversational AI optimization, prompt engineering, AI response tuning, and knowledge (KBA) management.
  • Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Experience working with enterprise business platforms such as SAP, Workday, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Freshservice, and related integration environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and analyzing operational KPIs, adoption metrics, dashboards, reporting, and business performance insights using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience driving self-service adoption, chatbot containment improvements, user experience enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across global business and technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, Analytics, Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Platforms, or ITIL Foundation are preferred.
