Join NVIDIA as an Account Manager – AI Natives, Startups / Scaleups where you'll be part of a team encouraging innovation in accelerated computing! This role is pivotal to advance NVIDIA’s connections with the next generation of AI-native startups and scaleups, speeding up their progress using NVIDIA AI technology. What you will be doing:

• Engage AI Natives startups, and labs to understand their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs. Help define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.
• Act as ambassador for AI native companies across extended ecosystems, including developer communities, cloud partners, solution providers, and enterprises.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Development, engineering, and go-to-market channels across regions to drive demand for our AI platforms. Codify the customer value proposition.
• Build partner and customer references and case studies.
• Watch for and develop emerging use cases to help cultivate new opportunities.
• Attend industry events to represent NVIDIA and recruit and engage the ecosystem.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a leading University, Master’s/MBA or meaningful experience.
• 5+ years of significant work experience, inclusive of AI Natives, startup, scaleup, labs ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of AI industry business development and driving adoption and growth of technology-based solutions in the space of generative and agentic AI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are crucial. Work comfortably across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers.
• Understanding of NVIDIA's full stack architecture across software, servers, and cloud.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Contact network within existing and emerging AI Natives startup and research communities.
• Good knowledge of the extended regional AI ecosystem.
• Machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence experience are preferred.
• Innovative and creative flair, yet able to follow operational processes within the field.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. For Poland: The cash compensation range is 345,000 PLN - 598,000 PLN for Level 3, and 435,000 PLN - 754,000 PLN for Level 4.
