Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Senior AI-Driven QA Engineer to join our Access Server team. In this role, you will transcend traditional testing by spearheading an AI-augmented quality strategy. You won't just find bugs; you will build intelligent, automated systems using Python and Playwright to ensure the rock-solid reliability of our networking products.

You will be the bridge between deep Linux and networking and modern AI-driven testing approaches, moving our QA maturity from manual execution to a proactive, automated, and data-driven ecosystem.

Your Contribution Will Include:

  • AI-Driven Frameworks: Design and maintain a scalable automation framework using Python and Playwright, integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or custom LLM prompts) to accelerate script generation and maintenance.

  • Intelligent Network Testing: Develop automated tests for complex Access Server scenarios, including VPN tunneling, DNS leak protection, and protocol handshakes.

  • Automated Infrastructure: Leverage Python to automate the provisioning of Linux environments and Virtual Machines for consistent test execution on the most popular cloud providers (AWS, GCP).

  • Predictive Analysis: Use AI/ML techniques to analyze test results and system logs, identifying patterns that predict potential regressions before they reach production.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years focused on Automation (Python preferred).

  • Expertise in Playwright: Deep hands-on experience building robust UI and API automation suites using Python.

  • AI-Augmented Testing: Proven experience in writing code, designing prompt libraries, and building AI-assisted test generation pipelines.

  • Linux Mastery: Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including shell scripting and managing services like MySQL and authentication modules.

  • Deep Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and VPN technologies.

  • Cloud & Virtualization: Practical experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Bonus Points For:

  • Security Expertise: Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, PKI, and SSL certificate management.

  • Performance Engineering: Experience using performance tools for load and stress testing.

Our philosophy is that we are a small, closely-knit team, and we care deeply about you:

  • Competitive pay rates

  • Fully remote work environments

  • Self-managed time off.

  • Team trips and special events
