Become a member of our team as an AI-Native Product Engineer (Full-Stack) to develop comprehensive products rather than merely focusing on isolated features. We are looking for outcome-oriented engineers who excel in UX, systems, and speed, utilizing AI tools to produce exceptional software more efficiently.
Take full ownership of your projects from the concept phase to production; this position is not suited for those who merely complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop both frontend and backend functionalities using contemporary full-stack frameworks and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Design, implement, and integrate APIs, services, and data models (REST/GraphQL).
• Work collaboratively with Tech Leads and Product Owners to devise technical solutions.
• Employ AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation tasks.
• Produce clean, scalable, and well-documented code while taking complete responsibility through deployment and production support.
• Engage in UX decision-making and user-focused design.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise in full-stack development.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue (any up-to-date framework).
• Backend: Python, Node.js, or .NET.
• Demonstrated capability with REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and application deployments.
• Practical experience using AI tools in development processes.

A solid understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
