Job Description
We are looking for an AI-Native Growth Marketing Associate who thrives at the intersection of creative content, technology and growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t just create content — but builds systems, experiments fast, and drives measurable results. Acting as the operational engine of Sting's marketing function, you will combine content creation with execution across growth tools, automation and AI to strengthen Sting’s visibility, engagement and conversion.
You will play a key role in building and scaling Sting’s digital growth engine — from first touchpoint to application — with clear ownership of funnel performance and lead flow.
Working closely with and reporting to our Head of Marketing & Communication, you turn strategy into consistent, high-quality output that drives our business impact.
What you will do:
Own growth and conversion
- Drive visibility, engagement, leads generation and applications through hands-on execution
- Take ownership of funnel performance — from discovery to application
- Continuously improve lead flow, conversion rates and user journeys
Content & Channel Execution
- Create, edit and publish content across LinkedIn, website and newsletters
- Produce video, copy and light visual assets aligned with Sting’s brand
- Plan and execute campaigns across channels with clear performance goals
Web & Growth Infrastructure
- Own and continuously improve Sting’s website in Webflow
- Build and optimize landing pages for conversion
- Ensure tracking and data quality via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Automation & Optimization
- Build and optimize workflows in HubSpot and other growth tools
- Run A/B tests across messaging, email and landing pages
- Improve and scale the founder journey from first touchpoint to application
AI, SEO & Discovery
- Use AI as a core part of how work gets done — from content to analysis and automation
- Explore and optimize how Sting appears in AI-driven search and discovery (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI results)
- Strengthen SEO and positioning in key comparisons (e.g. against other startup hubs and incubators)
- Build AI-driven workflows, automations or agents to scale output and insights

Experience & capabilities
- Experience working hands-on with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience creating and publishing content across digital channels
- Experience working with SEO, growth experiments or conversion optimization
- Comfortable building landing pages, workflows and basic automation setups
- Experience using AI tools as part of daily work (content, research, automation, analysis)
