This is not a typical Sales Development Representative role. We’re looking for our first dedicated AI-Native SDR to help build the next generation of WalletConnect’s go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, your primary responsibility is generating pipeline and creating qualified opportunities for the commercial team, but because we’re still building, you’ll also have a rare opportunity to shape how that happens.
You’ll work directly with senior commercial, product, and marketing leaders to identify growth opportunities, experiment with AI-powered prospecting, build scalable outreach workflows, and help us better understand and monetise our existing user base. You’ll have access to one of the largest wallet and application networks in digital assets, thousands of existing users, and a rapidly growing payments and stablecoin opportunity.
We don’t expect you to follow a playbook. We expect you to help build it. For the right person, this role is a platform to grow into areas like Growth, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, or Sales Strategy, while staying close enough to the action to see the direct impact of your work.

Not every opportunity requires an enterprise sales process. You’ll own and manage smaller opportunities that enter the business directly, ensuring no lead is left behind while allowing senior commercial team members to focus on strategic accounts.
