We are looking for an AI-Native Engineering Manager to help shape how AI is integrated into modern software delivery practices.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI-assisted development, and technical leadership. You will support delivery teams in adopting AI-native ways of working, establish standards and evaluation frameworks for AI-generated outputs, and help identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI technologies.

You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders, delivery teams, and clients, contributing to both technical strategy and practical implementation of AI-enabled engineering workflows.


This is you

  • 10+ years of experience in software development

  • 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar technical leadership role

  • Comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, challenging requirements, and communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)

  • Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI, or similar

  • Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar

  • Ability to define and implement team workflows around AI-assisted development

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering trade-offs

  • Understanding of AI security risks, including prompt injection, adversarial inputs, and data leakage in agentic workflows

  • Familiarity with engineering productivity metrics such as DORA, Flow Metrics, AI-assisted PR merge rates, and agent output acceptance rates

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-evolving environment

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience driving AI adoption across multiple engineering teams

  • Experience establishing engineering standards and governance frameworks around AI-enabled development

This is your role

  • Define technical direction for delivery teams and promote the creation of reusable engineering assets

  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development practices, including code generation, code review, and test automation

  • Identify, evaluate, and pilot new AI use cases across the software delivery lifecycle

  • Design and develop autonomous agents supporting SDLC activities and integrate them with platforms such as Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD systems through MCP

  • Measure and report the impact of AI adoption on developer productivity

  • Define quality gates, governance models, and evaluation frameworks for AI-generated code and agent outputs

  • Contribute to internal AI initiatives, technology communities, seminars, and knowledge-sharing activities

  • Evaluate and optimize AI tooling costs through model selection, caching strategies, and token budgeting

  • Partner with Engineering Managers and technical leaders to upskill teams in AI-native engineering practices

  • Support continuous improvement of engineering processes through responsible and effective use of AI technologies
