Now, we’re looking for an AI-Native Customer Success Engineer to join our mission and help shape the future of automated mortgages in Europe and beyond.
Your Mission
In this role, you will own the technical side of getting our product live and running smoothly for specific customers. The work spans a wide range, from focused changes like a custom acceptance rule or a contract template adjustment, to more complex custom integrations and micro-services. You'll work within the frameworks the product team provides, extending them with new business logic and journeys rather than conceptualising major new features, all with the goal of getting more clients live on Oper and keeping them successful. This is a role for someone who is AI-native, who uses modern AI tooling as a core part of how they think, write, and ship.
