内部沟通与思想对齐（Internal Communication） 战略透传与全员信： 负责全员信、CEO 随笔等核心文字的撰写，将公司最高层的战略意图、组织思考精准转化为全员可理解、能共鸣的语言。 All-Hands 与组织仪式： 主导策划并主持 All-Hands 全员大会及各类关键文化仪式，搭建高频、透明的沟通机制，消除信息不对称，统一团队思想与战术路线。 组织文化与用人标准萃取（Culture & Talent Standards） 0-1 文化体系构建： 结合业务演进与 AI 时代特色，提炼并落地符合公司基因的文化价值观与行为准则。 用人标准提炼： 深入业务一线，萃取优秀员工画像与组织关键能力，提炼并标准化公司的“用人标准”与人才辨识指南。 雇主品牌建设（Employer Branding） 雇主声誉与破圈： 梳理公司独特的组织形态与人才理念，打造具有行业影响力的雇主品牌故事与传播内容（文章、视频、深度报道等），精准吸引同频顶尖人才。
职位要求
核心经验： 3 - 7 年 相关工作经验，具备科技 / AI / 互联网行业 从 0 到 1 搭建组织文化与内部沟通体系 的成功实操经验。 深度叙事能力： 卓越的文字功底与精准的同理心，能够洞察人性与组织痛点，将严肃的战略思考写得透徹、接地气、有温度。 业务与战略感知力： 懂业务、懂战略，不盲从传统 HR 模式；具备 Critical Thinking，能快速理解高层意图并转化为具体项目落地的行动指南。 强推动力与场域掌控力： 具备大型全员活动策划、主持及现场把控能力，沟通协调性强，自带能量场。
