Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability. The engineer works on implementing generative AI models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical approaches and deliver high-quality AI-driven products is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI system performance and integration.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance existing solutions and recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and services for deploying scalable AI solutions.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-ready AI pipelines and workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
