Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable outcomes. The work may encompass a variety of AI domains, including generative artificial intelligence models, deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and chatbot development.
- Ability to develop production-ready AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Competence in image processing and related AI methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
