AI System Development: Architect, build, and optimise end‑to‑end AI pipelines, transforming complex requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
Model Training & Deployment: Develop, fine-tune, and operationalise machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring high performance and seamless integration into BMW's platforms.
AIOps, MLOps & Automation: Implement robust CI/CD workflows for AI, ML, automate training pipelines, and ensure reliable monitoring, reporting, governance, and lifecycle management of AI systems.
Performance Optimisation: Continuously evaluate, benchmark, and optimise AI models and services for efficiency, accuracy, andreal-time performance in large-scale environments.
Collaborative Solution Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including software engineers, data experts, and product visionaries—to engineer AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
At least 7 years with a strong background in software engineering, digital platforms, and large-scale technology delivery.
Experience defining and executing AI or technology strategies in complex environments.
Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with a practical mindset
Experience with Large Language Models and the applied usage patterns.
Experience with model monitoring, observability, MLOps tooling, and Agile.
Experience working with public cloud platforms, especially AWS, and related AI/ML technologies and services is a plus.
Experience with model comparison, security, privacy and FinOps in the context of AI is a plus.
Knowledge about model quality, output validation and guardrails is a plus.
