We are seeking an exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial AI Marketing Lead to work directly with our leadership team, leading and building large-scale strategic projects from the ground up at Almedia. This isn't a classic job; it's a pivotal role for someone ready to commit fully to delivering significant impact, pushing boundaries, and seeing their ideas come to life.
In addition to leading core strategic initiatives, this role carries a strong AI focus. We are looking for someone operationally excellent but also technically strong and hands-on - a hard worker who can actively drive and execute AI initiatives across teams. You will not only shape strategy but also help translate AI opportunities into practical implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.


What You’ll Do 🎯


Lead high-priority projects: Take full ownership of key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Drive AI initiatives across the organisation: Identify, scope, and execute AI-driven projects that improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making processes. Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
Develop a deep understanding of the business: Engage with all aspects of the company, from user acquisition to product development, to gain a comprehensive view of how the business operates - and identify where AI can unlock leverage.
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination: Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, resource needs, and AI project implementation.
Optimise operational efficiency: Identify and implement strategies - including automation and AI-driven workflows — to enhance productivity and streamline processes.


What You’ll Bring 💡

  • Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives.

  • You're absolutely obsessed with AI and spend every minute you can researching and exploring the latest news and tools.

  • Ability to lead and execute projects independently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.

  • Hands-on mindset with the capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution (e.g., automation, AI tools, data workflows, experimentation).

  • Analytical mindset: Able to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions based on business intelligence.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.
