We are looking for a AI & LLM Engineer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Technology department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.
Requirements
What makes you special?
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, with specific experience in large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages used in AI development such as Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models in production environments.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques for NLP tasks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable computing resources to support AI workloads.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy principles.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.
What will you do?
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models and AI algorithms to enhance Wingie Enuygun Group's product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Build scalable AI pipelines and optimize model inference for real-time applications.
- Conduct research to keep abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP technologies and apply them to our business needs.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI models and maintain data privacy standards.
- Contribute to the development of AI tools and infrastructure that empower developers and improve workflow efficiency.
