Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI Live Operation Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of AI-powered livestream projects. This role combines client servicing, AI livestream operations, and content management to ensure seamless live sessions and outstanding client experience.

What You Will Do

1. AI Live Operations

• Set up and manage AI Live operations across livestream platforms.
• Configure livestream settings, products, promotions, and operational workflows before each live session.
• Monitor livestream performance and troubleshoot operational issues in real time.
• Follow and supervise livestream schedules to ensure smooth execution.

2. Content & AI Training

• Develop and optimize livestream scripts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Train and fine-tune AI Text-to-Speech (TTS) models to deliver natural and engaging voice outputs.
• Continuously improve scripts and AI performance based on livestream results and client feedback.

3. Client Account Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and operational requests across internal teams.
• Provide regular updates, collect feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
• Support campaign reporting and recommend operational improvements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, E-commerce Operations, Livestream Operations, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, or other livestream commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and willing to learn emerging AI technologies.
• Experience in AI-generated content or AI livestream solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Text-to-Speech (TTS), AI avatars, or conversational AI is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of TikTok Shop operations and livestream best practices is preferred.
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
