You will not be teaching people what AI is.
You will be getting young Kenyans, most of them with limited professional exposure and uneven digital confidence, to the point where they can use AI tools to do real technical work. Accurately, at pace, and inside a client's rules. Within weeks.
If you have run a cohort, watched a third of them plateau, and rebuilt the curriculum because of what you saw in the assessment data, we want to talk to you.
If your relationship with AI is that you use it a lot and find it exciting, this role will not suit you.
The Job
