Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead / Architect – Distributed Applications with 10–18 years of overall experience to define and drive AI-led transformation across our AMS portfolio and Product Engineering teams This role blends AI strategy, modern distributed systems architecture, and banking-domain expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a technical and architectural leader, embedding AI-first principles into engineering workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and long-term maintainability.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Overall 10 - 18 years of overall experience.
• Define and drive the AI implementation strategy across the AMS portfolio and Product Engineering teams, with a focus on automation, intelligent engineering workflows, and efficiency improvement.
• Architect and oversee the design of distributed applications, ensuring scalability, performance, resilience, and maintainability.
• Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to embed AI-first principles, including AI-assisted coding, testing, observability, and operations.
• Provide architectural leadership across Banking domain projects, aligning with regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities.
• Proven background in Banking domain architectures, including understanding of core banking processes, regulatory context, and domain-driven design patterns. - Nice to Have
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and migrate toward cloud-native distributed frameworks.
• Mentor engineering teams in AI architecture, vibe coding practices, and modern engineering patterns
• Ability to influence engineering teams and drive AI-led modernization across portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architecture solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering
