Senior Applied AI / GenAI Specialist

Theme: Scalable Systems & Technical Leadership

• Design and deliver scalable AI and GenAI systems combining ML models, LLMs, retrieval, orchestration, and data pipelines

• Lead solution design for complex, ambiguous problems where requirements and success criteria evolve

• Make architectural trade-offs across model selection, retrieval strategies, cost, latency, and scalability

• Drive solutions from proof-of-concept to production-grade systems used across multiple teams

• Act as a technical anchor for high-impact AI initiatives, guiding implementation without formal people management

• Ensure robustness, observability, and optimization of AI systems in real-world environments.
  

• Role Requirements:

  5–8 years of overall software engineering experience.

  3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

  Strong expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices.

  Experience designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.

  Strong understanding of:

  • Machine Learning fundamentals
  • Deep Learning concepts
  • LLMs and Generative AI architectures
  • Vector search and semantic retrieval
  • Prompt engineering techniques
  • AI system evaluation methodologies

  Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  Experience building APIs and microservices for AI applications.

  Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
