What You’ll Do

Build and Scale the Agentic AI Practice

Establish and expand the Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation (IA) practice in Dubai and the GCC—defining the vision, shaping offerings, building delivery capability, and driving market presence.

Lead Enterprise-Scale Agentic AI Programs

Deliver complex multi-agent, cross-platform solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, with a strong emphasis on scalability, accuracy, and business value.

Drive Adoption of Agentic AI Frameworks

Embed multi-agent architectures, agentic RAG, and MCP servers into client ecosystems—accelerating automation, insight generation, and decision-making workflows.

Operationalize AI at Scale

Implement governance and orchestration frameworks to safely deploy, monitor, and scale AI assistants and Copilot agents across different domains including financial services, healthcare, and government services.

Own Agentic AI Business Development

Shape and lead pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client solutioning, ensuring business development teams are equipped with delivery-led credibility, accelerators, and technical proof points.

Hire, Coach, and Develop Talent

Recruit top talent across consulting, engineering, and delivery roles.

Mentor, upskill, and grow high-performing teams, embedding a culture of continuous learning and innovation in agentic AI and automation.

Shape AI Strategy with Microsoft Ecosystem.

Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align program strategies with Microsoft’s evolving stack—integrating Copilot, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Fabric, and cloud-native services into enterprise transformation agendas.

Strengthen Governance and Responsible AI

Define and implement delivery methodologies, controls, and responsible AI practices to ensure compliance, data security, and ethical AI adoption.

Build Internal Capability and Accelerators

Develop reusable agentic AI assets, accelerators, and training programs to scale delivery excellence on Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.

Represent the Firm in Microsoft and Industry Circles

Actively engage in Microsoft partner events, industry conferences, and thought leadership forums to showcase innovation and build market authority in Dubai and beyond.

Promote Cross-Practice Synergy

Drive collaboration across Data & AI, Intelligent Automation, Business Apps, and Cloud Innovation to deliver integrated, multi-domain client solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
• Experience: 8–12 years in consulting, AI, or automation leadership, with at least 3 years in client-facing delivery, practice-building, or business development roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale practices: setting strategy, creating offerings, recruiting, and growing market share.
• Proven success in hiring, coaching, and developing top talent—shaping highperforming teams and fostering career growth.
• Proven track record of end-to-end solution delivery: defining client problems, designing architectures, and ensuring successful deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, C#, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, multi-agent architectures, agentic RAG, and MCP servers.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution, engaging both C-suite stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pre-sales leadership, RFP response, and business case development.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.
