Job Description

  1. Core focus is on building and evolving the AI agent team, enabling automated development capabilities to genuinely support product and project delivery, while integrating with existing microservices, backend, data, and messaging ianfrastructure. 
  2. Develop the AI agent team: Design and implement multi-agent collaboration workflows, tools, and standards, enabling the agent team to take on project and system development — including feature development and automated testing with verifiable, deliverable outputs.
  3. Oversee agent output quality: Establish and enforce review mechanisms to ensure that code produced by AI agents meets the team's and product's requirements in terms of quality, functional correctness, execution efficiency, and security. (e.g., integration of code review, testing strategies, static analysis, performance, and security reviews.)
  4. Cross-team collaboration: Able to clarify requirements and interfaces, align priorities and technical boundaries, and coordinate technical solutions and timelines with different teams to jointly drive development and deployment.
