The successful candidate will be implicated in the internal project concerning AIdigital transformationand her/his activities will range from mapping of current state of affairs, cooperation with the internal stakeholders from various departments participating in this firm project, advisory on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the project, coordination of the rules, policies and requirements being introduced in the company in the context of AI digital transformation.

You will be expected to:

• A dvise on regulatory requirements and changes thereof, find innovative solutions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations;
• Providing high quality, pragmatic, clear and commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of contractual, corporate and commercial matters and solutions to various legal queries
• Assisting internal stakeholders in understanding legal and regulatory risks and mitigating those risks;
• Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of work in compliance with service levels and key performance indicators.
