Job Description
We are seeking a motivated AI IT Intern to join our team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology while supporting our AI IT team in day-to-day operations. This internship will provide valuable exposure to different areas of AI IT, including but not limited to system administration, network management, technical support, and software/hardware troubleshooting.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in information technology and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in an IT-related role.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.

- Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
