- Serve as a liaison between end users (portfolio managers, analysts, operations teams, etc.) and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Help manage AI-related projects from ideation through implementation, including tracking milestones, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely delivery
- Proactively surface emerging AI tools and vendors for evaluation, assist in scoping proof-of-concept pilots, and document findings and recommendations to inform the firm’s tool selection process
- Assist in testing, documentation, and refinement of new AI tools and workflows
- Facilitate training sessions and support user adoption across teams
- Stay informed on developments in AI and identify opportunities to enhance internal capabilities
- Curate and maintain a knowledge base of AI tools — both internal and external — including documentation, use-case guidance, and evaluation notes to support firm-wide discoverability and adoption
- Develop and deliver internal AI training content — including demos, tutorials, and written materials — designed to expose operational and investment users to available tools and practical applications
- Track, refresh, and enhance AI adoption statistics across the firm, producing regular analyses and dashboards that surface insights on tool utilization, user engagement, and adoption trends
