Job Description

We are seeking a technically curious and execution-oriented intern to help modernize our business through automation, AI tools, website operations, and digital systems support.

This role combines AI integrations, workflow automation, and digital operations, helping improve efficiency across marketing, sales, customer experience, and internal operations.

This is an ideal role for someone interested in AI, no-code tools, websites, systems thinking, and solving practical business problems through technology.

Responsibilities and Projects will include:

AI & Automation

• Build AI-assisted workflows for internal teams
• Support automation of repetitive tasks and reporting
• Develop prompt libraries and templates for sales, marketing, and administrative use
• Explore practical AI tools for productivity and content repurposing
• Help implement CRM and lead routing automations

Systems Integrations

• Connect tools and platforms using no-code / low-code solutions
• Improve data flow between systems (CRM, forms, email, websites, etc.)
• Support business process improvements through automation tools

Digital Operations / Website Support

• Update and maintain company websites
• Build or improve landing pages for campaigns and events
• QA forms, links, and user experience across multiple sites
• Assist with conference web pages, registrations, and content publishing
• Support digital asset management and CMS organization

Reporting / Technical Support

• Assist with dashboards and automated summaries
• Document workflows and SOPs
• Support digital troubleshooting projects as needed

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in AI Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Data Analytics, Digital Media, or related field
• Comfortable learning new software quickly
• Familiarity with website CMS tools (WordPress preferred)
• Interest in AI, automation, web systems, or digital operations
• Experience with Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, ChatGPT, Claude, SQL, or HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Internship assignment will begin June 1, 2026 and will conclude no later than August 31, 2026.
