Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement workflow integrations that connect our Digital Twins to enterprise systems (CMMS, ticketing systems, notification platforms, BMS, SCADA, IoT devices, CCTV analytics, security systems)
• Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools that serve as the secure interface allowing large language models to query and update the Digital Twin safely
• Build REST APIs that enable agentic workflows to trigger operations, query sensor data, and interact with external systems
• Implement automation pipelines that allow our AI agents to safely trigger standard operating procedures, switch presets, launch incident playbooks, and dispatch tasks to external systems
• Ensure all workflows follow human-in-the-loop principles, with proper audit trails, permissions, and safeguards for critical operations
• Collaborate with our AI Systems Architect, product team, and FM partners to translate business requirements into robust, scalable integrations
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in backend or integration engineering, with proven track record building APIs and integration platforms
• Hands-on expertise with Code/low-code/no-code integration tools
• Strong proficiency in REST API design and implementation (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems: ERP, CMMS, IoT platforms, or building management systems (Honeywell, Johnson Controls, etc.)
• Understanding of data standards and protocols relevant to building systems (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, REST) is a significant advantage
• Comfortable with authentication and security best practices (OAuth, API keys, encryption) and audit logging
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn new tools and frameworks
Nice to Have
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) or AI agents and understanding of how they interact with tools
• Prior experience in the built environment, real estate technology, or facility management software
• Experience with architectural or design software APIs (Revit, SketchUp, Grasshopper, or 3D platforms)
What We Offer
• Strategic impact: Shape how AI augments operations in a S$1.9B firm serving critical infrastructure globally
• Technical autonomy: Own your designs, lead implementation, and contribute to architecture decisions
• Stability, professional development, and flexible working arrangements
