About the role
We are building an AI Strategy, Innovation
& Adoption team that helps NNE transform how we deliver engineering
projects through AI and digital solutions. As Innovation Consultant you will be
part of this team and you will be a key facilitator on the ground in our Indian
office - running design sprints, scoping workshops and maturation sessions that
turn business challenges into concrete AI and digital opportunities.

You will work hands-on with engineering
teams and business stakeholders in India, applying structured innovation
methods (design sprints, double diamond, design thinking) to explore problems,
sketch solutions and prepare ideas for delivery. You will also help build
innovation capability locally so that innovation activities can scale beyond
any single facilitator.

This is a role for someone who thrives in
ambiguity, is energised by workshop facilitation, and can hold both a business
conversation and a solution-oriented mindset at the same time.

How you might spend your days

As an Innovation Consultant, you’ll be:

• Facilitating design sprints, scoping workshops and maturation sessions with business stakeholders and engineering teams, bringing energy and structure to every session you run
• Structuring ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements, value hypotheses and solution directions that give teams a firm foundation to build from
• Assessing matured ideas for delivery route, helping decide whether an opportunity is best solved through self-service, a configured solution or a custom build
• Handing over well scoped use cases into the portfolio, ensuring outcomes from your workshops are properly documented, actionable and ready for prioritization
• Partnering closely with our Adoption Consultant in India so that innovation outputs connect smoothly into adoption planning, training and stakeholder engagement

• A confident and energising facilitator who can guide diverse groups and make complex ideas tangible through sketches, frameworks and narratives
• A structured problem framer, able to turn fuzzy business challenges into clear, workable problem statements
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and confident in challenging assumptions constructively
• Organised and self driven, able to run workshops end to end with minimal supervision
• Collaborative and culturally aware, energised by working with colleagues in India, Denmark and USA.

What you bring
to the role

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others,
a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are
welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in
this role:

• Experience in innovation, consulting, digital transformation or service design
• Proven track record designing and facilitating workshops using structured methods such as design sprints, double diamond or design thinking
• A solid grasp of what AI and digital solutions can realistically do at a capability level, without needing to code
• Experience from pharma, engineering or another regulated technical industry is an advantage but not a requirement
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
