AI Infra算法工程师/专家（偏推理方向）上海、北京社招全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1. 负责AI算法训练和推理框架的开发和深度优化，支持智驾相关业务快速高效迭代；
2. 负责云端智驾领域数据预刷相关标注和生成式模型的训练和推理等工程优化；
3. 负责车端模型包括Float和QAT量化等阶段模型训练的性能优化和框架建设；
4. 负责开源AI大模型的私有化部署和服务化，支持AI Coding和Agent等应用领域落地。职位要求1. 熟悉Python/C/C++等编程语言，扎实的代码能力、数据结构与算法基础具，有较强的软件架构设计能力；
2. 熟悉PyTorch、vLLM和SGLang等深度学习训练推理框架，熟练掌握深度学习性能加速技术，包括计算图优化、低精度优化、算子加速；
3. 熟悉NVIDIA GPU架构及编程模型，掌握CUDA核函数优化、显存管理、多流并发等技术，有实际性能调优（profiler/nsys/ncu）经验；
4.对云端预刷模型相关技术有一定了解，熟悉点云分割、检测相关模型结构，并熟练掌握模型训练以及推理的优化方法，包括TensorRT部署、模型结构优化等操作；
5.对生成式大模型有一定了解，能够支持模型推理加速，能够深入业务场景进行优化，有cosmos、magicdrive、3dgs等相关模型工程经验者优先；
6.对Deepseek、Qwen等开源模型的私有化部署服务，包括vLLM、Sglang等框架以及KVCache有工程优化和落地经验者优先。投递
