Job Description

Job Title

AI, Hardware Automation & Interfaces (React/C#/Ruby)

We are seeking a Software Developer who excels at the intersection of AI, hardware automation, and test engineering In this role, you will build intelligent, automated systems that interface with instruments and machines, accelerate testing workflows, and improve product quality through AI-driven insights. Your work will include front-end and back-end development, hardware interfacing, and the implementation of AI for testing—from anomaly detection to automated test evaluation.

Your role:

Software Development

  • Build back-end services using C#/.NET and Ruby for device control, measurement automation, and test orchestration.

  • Develop intuitive C# or React user interfaces for test operators, dashboards, and system monitoring.

  • Design modular architectures that ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

AI for Testing

Develop an AI framework that automatically generates test designs, test cases, and test sequences based on:

  • product requirements, specifications, and design documents.

  • historical test data and previous defects.

  • statistical patterns and coverage gaps.

  • domain specific rules and constraints.

Build customizable AI modules capable of:

  • recommending optimal test coverage.

  • generating boundary conditions, stress scenarios, and negative tests.

  • adapting test cases dynamically as products evolve or new data becomes available.

  • implement AI-driven test orchestration, where the framework:selects or prioritizes test cases based on predicted risk or failure probability.

  • proposes simplified or accelerated test sequences.

  • supports continuous learning from new runs and feedback loops.

Integrate the AI test generation framework with the existing automation platform to ensure:

  • traceability of generated tests

  • auditability and versioning

  • compatibility with hardware automation flows

Collaborate with test engineers to validate AI-generated test designs and ensure they align with engineering standards, safety requirements, and system specifications.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong experience developing software in C#/.NET and building front-end applications in React/TypeScript

  • Hands-on experience with hardware automation.

  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including model integration, inference pipelines, and data preprocessing.

  • Experience designing or contributing to automation frameworks, test systems, or orchestration tools.

  • Ability to design robust, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional engineering environment.
