About the Role

Bowtie is seeking a keen, results-driven AI Growth Assistant Marketing Manager, Organic Content to work with our Organic & Content team. A strong commercial mindset is essential. This role is crucial for our growth agenda, focused on transforming search demand into measurable business conversion through high-quality, scalable content.

This is not a pure writing role. We are looking for someone who can connect search demand, user intent, content quality, and business outcomes, while using SEO, analytics, and AI tools to improve both performance and execution speed.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Report to AI & Search Lead and execute organic growth strategy across high-intent topics, with a strong focus on traffic that drives real business results.

  • Own the organic content roadmap across priority topics and landing pages.

  • Translate search demand, business goals, and user needs into clear content briefs and production priorities.

  • Create, refresh, and optimize articles and landing pages to improve rankings, engagement, and conversion.

  • Run content experiments on angles, formats, CTAs, and page structure to improve performance.

  • Identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and internal linking improvements.

  • Contribute content expertise to the integration and scaling of AI tools, focusing on prompt iteration, workflow design, quality assurance, and knowledge base enrichment.

  • Work with freelancers, agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver content on time and at quality

  • Use GA4, GSC, SEO and related analytic tools, and internal data to monitor performance and recommend next actions

The success of this role will be measured by:

12-month Success Scorecard

  • Content Writing: Establish 5 repeatable content playbooks for blog articles and apply them to at least 80% of new and existing content.

  • SEO & AI Search: Increase organic traffic to insurance content by 25% by implementing SEO and AI search best practices across content structure, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and content refreshes.

  • Insurance Expertise: Improve application conversion rate of insurance pages by 20% through clear, accurate, and decision-useful insurance knowledge and comparison content.

  • AI Tools & Workflow Optimisation: Increase monthly article output by 5x through AI-assisted content research and creation workflows.

About you

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, content marketing, organic acquisition, or a similar performance-driven role.

  • Proven ability to turn content into measurable business impact, not just rankings or traffic growth.

  • Strong experience building content strategy and driving execution end to end, including managing freelancers, agencies, or subject matter experts.

  • Strong Chinese and English writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear and compelling content.

  • Solid hands-on skills in keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking, content optimization, and performance analysis.
    Comfortable using AI tools to support research, drafting, QA, optimization, and workflow improvement.

  • Strong commercial mindset, analytical judgment, and ability to prioritize opportunities based on both traffic and conversion potential.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented, with strong ownership in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience in insurance or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in conversion-focused content, lightweight automation, or AI search / GEO is a plus.
