Job Description

Roboyo AI is a category shaper in Applied AI and Agentic Automation. We help leading enterprises move from automation projects and AI experiments into governed, production-grade systems that execute real work across workflows, processes, products and services.

Our heritage is in scaled enterprise automation; our future is Applied AI and Agentic Automation: autonomous agents, AI engineering squads, process orchestration, data and knowledge foundations, and human-in-the-loop governance embedded deeply into how our clients operate.

We are not here to sell AI theatre. We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs.

Role Overview

We're looking for an AI Governance and Enablement Consultant to help our clients adopt Claude, Codex / other coding agents responsibly and at scale. You'll advise on governance, set up the guardrails and operating models enterprise teams need, and help people across the business get real value from AI. You'll work closely with business, technology, security, and product stakeholders.

You should have practical experience with Claude and enterprise frontier AI, and be comfortable turning security, governance, and organizational requirements into frameworks that teams can use in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on how to adopt and use Claude / other coding agents & LLMs responsibly.
  • Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, guardrails, and operating models.
  • Support Claude enterprise setup, including organizational structure, access controls, roles, permissions, and feature enablement.
  • Set governance standards for Claude Code, MCP servers and connectors, web access, integrations, and other AI capabilities.
  • Work with InfoSec, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Product, Engineering, Procurement, and business teams to put the right AI controls in place.
  • Help clients identify and prioritize AI use cases, balancing innovation and business value with security and risk.
  • Establish governance at the enterprise, business unit, team, and use case level.
  • Create practical guidance, playbooks, and reusable standards that help clients scale AI adoption across teams.
  • Lead workshops and working sessions with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Coach teams on Claude best practices, responsible AI use, and effective adoption.
  • Support pilot programs and define how to measure adoption, value, risk, and outcomes.
  • Turn lessons from pilots into repeatable blueprints for enterprise AI adoption and governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI governance, responsible AI, technology governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or AI transformation consulting.
  • Practical experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar enterprise generative AI platforms.
  • Good understanding of enterprise AI security, access management, data protection, and governance.
  • Familiarity with MCP, AI integrations and connectors, agentic AI, and modern AI assisted development workflows.
  • Experience advising enterprise clients and working across technical and business teams.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and governance topics in clear, practical terms.
  • Experience building governance frameworks, operating models, policies, playbooks, or enterprise technology standards.

Nice to Have

  • Claude certification from Anthropic.
  • Experience with AI driven SDLC transformation or enterprise Claude deployments.
  • Background in regulated industries.
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience scaling AI pilots into broader enterprise adoption.
